Rollzee Beach Dice Game Rental by Vacation Gear

Object of the Game The object of Rollzee is to get the highest score from rolling the 5 yard dice. Each game has 13 rounds. In each round, there is one objective (see attached scorecard). To win, you must score once in each category. How to Play To start the game, roll all of the dice. After rolling, you can either score the current roll, or re-roll any or all dice. The dice can only be rolled a total of 3 times per turn. After you are finished rolling, you must choose a category to score. To score, choose a category and record your score. Choose the category wisely—once a box has been scored, it cannot be scored again for the rest of the game (except the Rollzee category). Upper Section Scoring: If you score in the upper section of the table, your score is the total of the specified die face. For example, if you roll: 5 – 2 – 5 – 6 – 5 and score in the Fives category, your total for the category would be 15. This total is gotten by adding only the three fives together, because you are scoring in the Fives category. Bonus: Br>If the total of the Upper scores is 63 or more, add a bonus of 35 points. Lower Section Scoring: For scoring in the lower section, you either score a set amount or score 0 if you cannot meet the category requirements. 3 & 4 of a Kind: For 3 of a Kind, you must have at least 3 of the same die faces. For 4 of a Kind, you must have at 4 die faces the same. Score the total of all the dice. Small & Large Straight: A Straight is a sequence of consecutive die faces. A Small Straight is 4 consecutive faces, and a Large Straight is 5 consecutive faces. Small Straights score 30 points, and a Large scores 40 points. If you rolled 2 – 3 – 2 – 5 – 4, you could score 30 in Small Straight, or 0 in Large Straight. Full House: A full house is having both 3 of a Kind and 2 of a Kind. Full Houses score 25 points. First Rollzee: A Rollzee is 5 of a Kind. It scores 50 points, but you may choose to not score it as a Rollzee. If you choose not to score it as a Rollzee, you can take it as a top row score and safeguard your bonus. Additional Yardzees: If you roll a second Rollzee and you scored your first Rollzee in the Rollzee box, your second Rollzee is worth 100 points. You must also put this roll into another category. For example, if you roll 4 – 4 – 4 – 4 – 4, and the Fours category is not filled, you must score the Fours category. If the corresponding Upper category is filled, you must score zero anywhere on the Upper section. Chance: You can roll anything and put it in the Chance category. You score the total of the die faces. Scratch/Dump Scores: You can score any roll in any category at any time, even if the resulting score is zero.

Vacation Gear Satisfaction: Vacation Gear guarantees satisfaction. Upon arrival renters must inspect all rental items for satisfactory condition. Unsatisfactory rental items must be reported to Vacation Gear at 843-215-2700 within twenty four (24) hours of check in time. If unsatisfactory rental items are not reported within twenty four (24) hours of check in time items are then deemed satisfactory and the renter will be held liable for any damage found upon pickup w/out prior report to Vacation Gear. Upon Delivery Day, we do not offer refunds, we will replace your item if dissatisfied, offer alternative equipment of a comparable value or a credit for a future rental.

Vacation Gear Cancellations: Cancellations without penalty must be made 90 Days Prior To Arrival. Cancellations made 60-89 Days prior to arrival will have a 25% cancellation fee applied. Cancellations made 30-59 Days prior to arrival will have a 50% cancellation fee applied. Cancellations made 15-29 Days prior to arrival date will have a 75% cancellation fee applied. Cancellations made 00-14 Days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Minimum cancellation fee is $10.00. Upon Delivery Day, Vacation Equipment Rentals by Vacation Gear do not offer refunds. Vacation Equipment Rentals by Vacation Gear will replace your item if dissatisfied, offer alternative equipment of a comparable value or a credit for a future rental.

Vacation Gear Rental Protection: Rental Protections is not insurance. It is an agreement between the lessee and Vacation Gear that limits the lessee's financial responsibility for damage to rented equipment, in exchange for a fee. A fee of 10% the rental rate shall be paid in advance of rental commencement date covers up to $250.00 of replacement or repair parts & labor costs. Exclusions for the Rental Equipment Protection excluded but not limited to theft, loss, intentional acts, gross negligence, abuse, willful misconduct, damage caused by pets, damage resulting from lessee's breach of rental contract, damage resulting for violations of application laws, damage due to misuse, unintended use of equipment, use of equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol, by unauthorized, unlicensed, uninsured individuals. Cleaning fees for uncleaned equipment or replacement cost of linens not properly placed for pickup or not returned. A deductible of one month’s rent or replacement cost whichever is the lessor will be charged to the customer for damaged equipment.

Vacation Gear Lessee Disclosure: The Lessee acknowledges that Lessee has inspected the equipment and has determined that it is in good condition and suitable for the purpose for which it has been leased upon delivery. The Lessee shall only use the property in the manner for which it is designed and intended to be used. Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of the lessor and promises to return such equipment to the lessor in as good condition as it was at the effective date of the lease, natural wear from a responsible use expected. Lessee shall be liable for all charges, including labor costs to repair or replace rented equipment, any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of leased property. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid by the lessee at regular replacement price. All damaged equipment which may be repaired will be repaired by the lessor, on return thereof and the cost for such repairs shall be paid by the lessee. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or cost of repairs of such damaged or lost equipment. If equipment is returned in unusable condition, the rental term and fees for rental continue until equipment is repaired or replaced to usable rent-able condition.

Vacation Gear Lessee Indemnification: Lessee shall indemnify and hold Vacation Gear Rentals, it's officers, directors, agents, employees harmless from all claims, damages (including consequential damages), losses, liabilities, claims, suits, cost, expenses, or proceedings (including all costs, expenses, and attorney's fees) resulting from, related to, or arising out of Lessor's use or possession of the equipment. This equipment shall be used by the Lessee only. This writing contains and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. This lease agreement can only be modified by a written agreement signed by both Lessor and Lessee. The Lessee represents that Lessee is at least eighteen (18) years of age and under no disability which will prevent Lessee from entering into this agreement. Lessee agrees not to part with or assign this lease or the equipment without the written consent of the Lessor.

Vacation Gear Lessee Risk: All equipment is used at Renter's risk. Renter understands that there exist certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability, or death from the use of such items and agrees to assume all risks in connection with rental equipment, regardless of fault, including without limitation risk of use, risk of loss, risk of theft, risk of damage or destruction. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter's possession. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vacation Gear Rentals Inc. and their officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claim arising from renter's use, operation, or possession of the rented equipment. Under no circumstances will Vacation Gear Rentals Inc. be held responsible for any damage to person or property, disability, injury, or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer.
