Upon arrival renters must inspect all rental items for satisfactory condition. Unsatisfactory rental items must be reported to Vacation Gear at 843-215-2700 within twenty four (24) hours of check in time. If unsatisfactory rental items are not reported within twenty four (24) hours of check in time items are then deemed satisfactory and the renter will be held liable for any damage found upon pickup w/out prior report to Vacation Gear.  Upon Delivery Day, we do not offer refunds, we will replace your item if dissatisfied, offer alternative equipment of a comparable value or a credit for a future rental.
