Our Friendly Vacation Gear Staff will setup and take down all equipment daily. Full service daily set-up and breakdown service will begin Sunday – Friday.
Our Vacation Gear Staff will place your chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of your cottage. Your chairs and umbrellas will be set up before 9:30am with a name-tag on one chair with your last name, and contact info for your server. Once your equipment has been set-up, our Vacation Gear staff member will send you a text message informing you your setup is complete. The Vacation Gear staff member returns to “break down” your chairs and umbrellas between the hours of 4:00PM -5:00PM. The chairs and umbrellas will be returned to your rental cottage.
Customer (lessee) can text message Vacation Gears staff member at anytime with weather concerns.
Terms and Conditions: Lessee is asked to collapse all umbrellas before leaving the items unattended (lunch, etc).
In case of severe weather (wind or rain), staff will make a judgment call for setup. A text notification will be sent if setup is canceled for that day. If setup, lessee is responsible for removing equipment from assembled position and bringing to dune line if a wind hazard occurs (between 10am and 4pm). Service includes only 1 daily set-up and breakdown of equipment each day. Lessee is responsible for all damaged or lost equipment due to negligence. No refunds, discounts or substitutions are given if setup is not completed due to weather.
Service available for all Georgetown County beaches ocean front homes, condos, and motels for Southern Garden City Beach, South Litchfield Beach, North Litchfield Beach, and Pawleys Island Beaches. Non-ocean front homes and other ocean front properties in Horry County, Georgetown County Beach service is available on a case-by-case basis only; please call our office at 843-215-2700 for availability and pricing. Service not available for Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Surfside Beach due to county and state Life Guard Beach Services.
